Course Overview:
3DS Max is a 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software built and developed for games and design visualization. The program is included in the collection of media and entertainment software products offered by Autodesk. It is also a part of architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing fields. 3ds Max is used by visual effects artists and professionals in film and TV industries and by game developers.
Course Objective:
The course objective is to teach the students commands necessary for professional of 3D computer graphics and animation. It will enable students to migrate from 2D design to 3D modeling and animations. The course will help to create photorealistic images, and walkthrough animations in multimedia and architectural (interior and exterior).
Learning outcomes:
After completing the 3DS Max, students will understand:
Navigate the 3ds Max interface and access all its commands
Student will know how to carry out mesh and surface modeling
Basic animation techniques
create water, fire, spray, and snow effects, and create strand-derived effects like grass.

Primarily scene creation, materials and texturing, lighting, rendering, walkthrough and animation.
